1. Service
KEYCOVAULT is a digital document vault that lets you store your documents, have key information (e.g. expiry date) extracted as suggestions, and receive email reminders for the dates you confirm.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the confidentiality of your password. If you notice unauthorized use of your account you can change your password, close all sessions and report it to us at info@keycovault.com.
3. Your documents
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the documents you upload and for having the right to dispose of them. Files containing malware are rejected. Your documents belong only to you and are not used for anything other than providing the service.
4. Automatic suggestions
Information extracted from documents may contain errors. You must compare every item with your document before confirming; reminders are based only on information you confirmed. Reminders are a helping tool, not a guarantee; tracking insurance, warranty and similar deadlines is ultimately your responsibility.
5. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your account may be suspended for a breach of the rules.
6. Changes
If the terms are updated, the new version will be published on this page and, where required, notified separately.
